The vibration response of transformer windings under harmonic excitations and its applications

چکیده
The power transformer is a key device in the grid systems. mechanical degradation of windings represented by clamping force looseness will cause decline short circuit withstand ability, and further damages. This paper proposes diagnosis method for operating based on study vibration response. In theory part, influence load current natural frequency discussed, change steady-state response studied to obtain feature related with force. subspace used fuse two sequences same characteristics eliminate measurement error. experiment, free test was performed on-load winding structure. It proved that can be extracted from relationship between amplitude 100 Hz component change. field tests, typical transformers were compared, results show variation contains structural information windings.
